very cool - do they drop plumbing and electrical through the walls?? I didn't see any pipes in the foundation

Looks like there is a normal slab construction with plumbing to me. I am guessing regular roof trusses go on top as well. If that is the case give me 5 framers and that house is framed in 6 hrs.
