Interesting article from ESPN. Nice coverage of female coaches in the NBA. I had no idea there were more than a couple. But the title is weird.

"Basketball is a Genderless Sport"
“Basketball is a genderless sport. The ball has no difference whether a man’s holding it or a woman’s holding it,” said Becky Hammon, who was named as an assistant coach for Gregg Popovich's Spurs in 2014, becoming the first woman to hold a full-time coaching position in the NBA."

Of course, there are no woman playing in the "genderless NBA," where they use a larger ball because, er, men's hands are larger than women's hands.

It's time to merge the WNBA with the NBA.

Yeah I have never understood the women who take offense at reality. I went to a Division II school for undergrad. Our women's basketball team made the DII Final Four twice. Me and my boys used to play with them and beat their behinds all the time.
