This is from after their Stanley Cup win in 2011. I want to party with these guys.

It was epic. I would have like to see the 2 or 3 week totals because the party lasted that long.

They got screwed on the prices. So did one guy get stuck paying that and trying to get reimbursed?

Take out the $100k bottle they bought after getting FUBARed and they really only spent $30k on booze and then they get charged $25k for service charge. LOL, are they champs or chumps?

Win big, party big.
Nothing new or outlandish.
Cuban and the mavs did some pretty good damage at LIV after they beat the heat a few years back.

Having worked in the club business, I can tell you that the markup on liquor is insane.

Back in the 80's when I worked, a $12 bottle of Jack costed out to $95 retail.

Club pricing for bottles is ridiculous. Especially at a Casino club (this was at MGM Foxwoods). Vegas pricing is roughly the same, maybe a little higher. I want to say a 750mL of Captain Morgan is ~$350-375, Crown is definitely a lot more, ~$475 at most places for a 750mL. The Moet seems low at $200/bottle, but the Ace of Spades regular bottle at $800 seems to be the going rate. Ace is the new Cristal, which was the new Dom.

And $25k in "service charges" is stupid.

That bill works out to:

6% Liqour
<1% Beer
73% Wine
<1% Non-alcoholic
5% Tax
15% Service charge

Not the breakdown I'd expect from a hockey team.

Who says hockey players aren't sophisticated....73% wine, that would be kind of funny to watch, although that does include champagne.
