Florida Beer Company just recently opened a taproom up at the port, haven't been, but heard it's pretty nice.
All solid recs thus far-
Time Out Sports Bar for their famous Bloody Mary Bar on Saturday and Sunday
Sandbar for their Mahi Tacos and cold beers
Haven't been to this place quite yet, but is getting rave reviews from the locals Florida Fresh Grill
and then of course - the Titters

True and that's a good thing. Think about how nice your neck of the woods would be it if hadn't changed since the 70s...Cocoa Beach is for surfing and fishing, theres not much else. I swear it hasn't changed much at all since the 70s

Daytona actually claims that title.Still the white trash capitol of Central Florida.

I'd love to know what sewer you hail from.Admittedly very close, but Cocoa got the nod in a triple-overtime thriller. Brevard is a total sewer from end to end, while Volusia has 1-2 decent pockets. But Daytona is definitely a dump.
Yeah - got the Inner Room which pretty much always a great time (no cover, free shot with your first beer - certainly a mix of gals).
Lido's isn't bad. Cheaters has a nice layout, some TV's - not as smokey as the previous two.
Which one would be best to take the wife to?

Are you sure? It looks like the midway at the fair from the outside...Thai FUKu there in Cocoa Beach has some pretty good sushi & food.
Bunky's was really good. Had the clams casino and the oysters Rockefeller which were both fresh shucked then dressed up. The fried seafood was all fresh and hand battered. Some decent beers on tap, IPAs and all but I stuck with Stella. Would definitely have it in my regular rotation if I lived nearby...Give this place a try http://www.bunkysrawbar.com
