Fantasy Championship Game Advice, Thanks guys

I got Nick Foles and Matt Stafford. I keep on going back and forth on who to start. Nick might not play the whole game against the Bears if Dallas loses today versus Washington. And even if he does, does the weather in Philly play a factor in the game? Stafford plays at 4PM so I would have to make a decision on him then. Stafford is at home in the dome and needs a win bad. Foles has been killing it though, when he does play.

And if you guys really want to help, Pick 2: Andre Johnson, Eric Decker or Julian Edelman?
