Ramsey Bolton is a least-favorite character because he's supposed to be, but the performance is great.
 
The Lannisters are my favorites. The ones who are still alive anyway. The dead ones were mostly terrible.

I also like Jon Snow. Listing him because I think we are in for a treat with him.

Least favorite?

Sansa Stark. Bran Stark. Joffery was terrible. Reek. Bolton. The Red headed witch.

The characterisation is different in the series from the novel so I'll break it down by series and by novels (ie some of the actors of important characters suck)

My three favorite characters from the novels are:

I agree with all of yours accept I will add to favorites in Victorian and Doran. (books)

My favorite character is Arya - moreso now that she mutilated Meryn Trant.

I think that Cersei has the potential to become my favorite next season because I think she's about to go scorched earth on the sparrows. I'm looking forward to her implementing a whole new level of brutality with the help of the zombie Mountain.

Least favorite character: Gilly. Man I don't like her.
 
My favorite is Ramsey - he might be the best villain ever to appear on the small screen. Second would be Arya followed closely by the hound.
Least favorites are Catelyn, Shae, and Pycelle.
