According to the article, this allegedly occurred in 2008. Also, it looks like the inculpatory statements were made by the texting partner, not Jared himself. Maybe the FBI has (or will find) more, but "this" does not seem sufficient to support a prosecution. Meggs might feel differently.

So they probably still don't have anything on him except admissions of prostitution solicitation. Even if all that is true, Indiana (where he is) is more backwoods hick than Mississippi ever dreamed of being and not only is 16 still disgustingly the age of consent for all but you an argue "mistake of age" as a defense (not in Florida or most states) as long as she was over 12 so most people don't get prosecuted. So apparently Indiana is the state to move to for the Pedos.
