Sorry. Liquids only and some antibiotics may help. If not allergic, Tylenol and Ibuprofen for the pain. Feel better soon.

I took Aleve liquigels every morning for 10 years for hereditary headaches and vomited from the impact on my stomach lining in April. I feel your pain.

Man, that sucks. Be very careful. Diverticulitis landed both our son and my brother in the hospital. Worse for my brother when his burst. Hope you are better soon.

Took my wife to the ER twice for that. Turns out she was low on electrolytes more that diverticulitis.
She now drinks "Liquid IV". I get it at Costco. Problem has not returned.

I ate a bunch of sweets and desserts over the last month and the pies and sweets were full of nuts which is kind of a no no.

For most people, "stomach" is everything below the ribcage and above the bladder. Of course, diverticulitus is colon 'pouches' inflammation. And the pain does tend to radiate upward.

I stopped eating seeds since my uncles and dad had it. I used to like seeds.
