Robinhood has issues. The Game Stock and Dogecoin issues have exposed them. No way would I trust them with my money.

Personally I use TD Ameritrade. I lost faith in Robinhood when it suddently they blocked the sale of Gamestop during the big squeeze. It's almost like they're in cahoots with the big hedge funds.

I use Fidelity and Robinhood. The benefit of Robinhood is it is SO easy to use. But yes, the GameStop and Dogecoin issues were bad. Of course, even some of the other brokers limited transactions during the GameStop saga.

Make sure you understand capital gains taxes and if you are generating profits ensure you are setting aside or can afford to pay those capital gains taxes. It’s a stunning shock to get that tax bill if you aren’t paying attention and planning for it.
