Check out Cabling Specialist Incorporated. Great local company. They offer a system that doesn't require a land line.

ADT monitors ours without a landline.
They give discounts to some groups. My USAA membership got me a reduced contract term and a discount on the monthly payment.

Their commercials annoy the hell out me. I'd go with most anyone else simply because of their commercials.
We have a company called Frontpoint. It is 100% cellular and allows you to own the equipment and relocate it, in case you move. We did a good bit of research and they had the best customer service reviews. In the handful of times I've had to call them, they have been nothing but helpful. I highly recommend them.
