I need to put together some documents such as final power of attorney, living will, potentially a trust and any other docs that I would need in case I become incapacitated..

I can afford to pay an attorney but right now the two that I checked are about 8 weeks out for an appointment..

What are your thoughts on using LegalZoom to create these documents? I would save some money but primarily I just want to get this done.

I'm not sure of what docs I would even require. Thanks in advance

When my Dad passed he was careful to do the will and everything correctly. Got a lawyer, named an executer, had a will and all that. Needless to say his wife and daughter (who felt shorted) went to court and the whole thing drug out for a year. I'm gonna blow it all so there's nothing to fight over. :)
