Watched a special last night about the history of great college coaches from Amis Alonzo Stagg through Woody Hayes. There was a theme, especially honed by Woody Hayes, that the team that plays toughest, with the punch them in the mouth and physically beat your opponent attitude, usually wins. To get that attitude coaches would make them work their hardest, hitting each other with all they got in every practice, so that the games were easy. Urban Meyer was interviewed at the end and he echoed that coaching philosophy as what he did.

I have noticed that in every FSU/Florida game that the Turds would be the hardest hitting most fundamentally sound blocking and tackling team on the field.

This latest game was no exception. I believe, starting with the bullying on the field before the game, and throughout the game, that we played like we were intimidated. We have got to get stronger, meaner, and tougher before we can really compete against the Clemsons, UGAs, Bamas, and Florida to be able to once again become dominant.
