Anyone would like to give me a list of things to do/see in Tally? Sportsbars, favorite hang outs. Also where would you recommend I stay as far as hotels go? Thanks

I don't understand how someone with 8500 posts, and clearly ties to FSU, has to come on and ask this.
And to balance out my snark with actual recommendations,
It depends on your age and what you like. The "must sees" in my opinion (Even if I really, really hate the places) are:
- Madison Social (Restaurant Bar)
- Bullwinkles (Bar)
- Gordos (Restaurant)
- Proof Brewery (Brewery)
The lodging is 100% effected by demand. If it is an off weekend, go ahead and spend the extra couple dollars to stay at ALoft or Hotel Duval.

Isn't there a Brazilian Steakhouse that people rave about? Ro....Ru...Rodozio's. That's it, Rodizio's.
Head south on 319 and hike out to Big Dismal in the Leon Sinks State Park. From there go down to Wakulla Springs and dive off of the tower to cool off. Head south from there to Spring Creek Restaurant for seafood next to the docks....family style and good stuff.
