Where are the real weak spots on the team and how would you fix them?
once again plays occur in our games that happen to no one else. How often do you see your punter kick past the line of scrimmage or a DB is in perfect coverage and the receiver goes over his body to make the catch.
mine 1st is obvious. Our kicking game is pathetic and that includes Mastromanno. He is mid ACC in punting average. major factor in the NCS loss and Fitzgerald performance goes without saying. In game coaching , and I love norvell, isn’t where it should be. Last nights fake punt was a good thought,but very poor play. Big difference running Karlos Williams vs whoever ran it into the teeth of the the punt rush. How about Mastromanno doing his Australian roll out kick, go through his punt motion and either run or pass.
