Looks like they FINALLY opened up the old Buckhead Brewery, anyone been yet?

No but its about damn time. My goodness, that place was abandoned way too long however they always kept it up and seemed to be working on it.

No but its about damn time. My goodness, that place was abandoned way too long however they always kept it up and seemed to be working on it.

The lady who owns the Market Diner in Thomasville bought it in 2004. She has maintained the building since then, and finally opened it a few weeks ago. There have been big crowds there, so I have not tried it yet. Currently, they are only open for lunch (buffet), but they will eventually open for breakfast and dinner, which will serve off a menu.

Ah ha, interesting article. I always wondered what was up b/c they were constantly working on that place but it remained empty.

Article said lunch was 8.99. Went yesterday it was 10.99. And they tried to charge .99 for water. Happened to the older couple in line behind me as well. Food was fairly bland.
