Florida State (3-0, 1-0 ACC) dropped two spots from seventh to ninth in the Coaches Poll released Sunday afternoon. Hours later, the Seminoles fell out of The Associated Press Top 10 and are 11th in the latest rankings.
The Seminoles are coming off a bye week and will travel to Winston-Salem, N.C. to face Wake Forest this Saturday.
Ohio State remains at the top of the Coaches Poll followed by Michigan State, TCU, Baylor, Ole Miss, Georgia, Notre Dame and LSU. UCLA is 10th. Clemson remains 11th and is the only other ACC team ranked in the Coaches Poll. Georgia Tech, ranked No. 20 going into the weekend, fell out of the polls following its loss to Duke.
In the AP Poll, it is Ohio State, Michigan State, Ole Miss, TCU, Baylor, Notre Dame, UCLA, Georgia, LSU and Utah. Clemson is 12th and along with FSU are the only ACC schools to make the Top 25.
