Got lots of time to spare. Here's my list..... I know there's plenty missing...I have left off any comic book movies and star wars (if you'd consider them action/adventure).

Die Hard
First Blood
Gladiator
Predator
Terminator 1&2
Hunt for Red October
The Fugitive
The Matrix (first one only)

John Wick
Red Dawn
Dawn of the Dead...early 2000's version
Varsity Blues

I saw The Patriot, and I love Mel Gibson...but I did NOT like the movie, at all. I wish I did.....

A lot of good ones above. Some of the great Kung Fu movies were good even though a lot have not aged well. IPman series are very good and a little more modern.

Most anything with Arnold. I would laugh at anything that would require a muscle to be flexed meant he was either shirtless or in a tank top (see Predator and Commando).

Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Kill Bill (Krazy 88s)

It has been a while but seemed to remember liking both DM and DM2.

Zulu - It's one of those movies I just can't pass if I see it while channel surfing, though there's a lot of misinformation as far as the characters involved. Still.........
Taken - the original
We Were Soldiers Once

Of course it's a series but........Band of Brothers is right near the top also.

Saving Private Ryan (unforgettable beach scene)
Gladiator
The Kirk Douglas Spartacus
Legends of the Fall
Apollo 13
Interstellar
Skyfall

A few I enjoy -

Northwest Passage
, Robert's Rangers battle trekking during the French and Indian Wars.

Mutiny on the Bounty, the 1964 version has much beauty.

Shaka Zulu, intense mini-series.

The Siege of Firebase Gloria,
my favorite from the genre.

The Way Back
, Siberia prisoners who escape to India by foot.

Saving Private Ryan beach scene is the most powerful scene to me in any movie, but that can be a different thread.

AND UPDATE.....

We've watched First Blood, Gladiator and Predator. His favorite so far...... First Blood. (he's already seen Terminator 1&2)
