Definitely devolving. Here in Land O Lakes there's a nudist resort/apartments(old nudists) next to a Walmart so it's very very sketchy as to what you'll come across if you dare to shop there.

Sadly, those articles are misleading. His DNA didn't change, the expression of his DNA into RNA changed. Your gene expression signatures are always changing depending on your enviroment (stressed? Your Gene expression changes. Hot or working out? Your gene expression changes). They do not say his actual DNA mutational rates went up significantly (minor epigentic alterations due to solar radiation), so don't get all excited that space turns you into something not human. A 7% change in your DNA would make you completely different species..
