Interesting. I doubt most people realize it but as increase technology more and more and as our reliability on becomes more and more necessary for sustainment as a nation programmers, computer science folks etc. will be as important as Soldiers in the defense of our nation. In my job I see a ton of emerging technologies and while I was hired for my skill set as a Soldier; the amount of tech I need to know is staggering.

The reason is they don't care as much about the rule of law. Russia just tells their people to do something and they do it. It is really hard to get past 100 years of oppression. The US will catch up and thankfully the right people are in the DOD now. Oh and now they are listened to.

I don't understand a lot about technology, but I'm pretty sure Bitcoin will end the world. It is way scarier than WORP/Joshua and Skynet. Bitcoin already has many humans working for it.
