Is it Dillingham or Norvell calling plays on offense?

As the thread title says - I’ve seen it inferred by posters here and on different podcasts that Kenny Dillingham is calling the plays on offense this season (as opposed to Norvell the season prior). Has this ever been confirmed?
If that is the case, I cannot imagine Norvell taking them back after this weekend.
