I also agree. Jimbo is a good man and a great recruiter/coach but based on the way he talks in his Warchant TV, I can see how tough it is for QB's to learn from him. He talks fast and direct and you really have to listen carefully to get his points. He needs an OC/QB coach so he can look at the big picture. Or, he needs to hire better assistants who he trusts to coach the way he wants them to. By just focusing on offense/QB play so much, he misses out the failures that pop up on defense. He is a hands-on entrepreneur but FSU needs a focused delegator/manager/leader.
