They've said that for years... They really can't stand each other. Not gonna happen.
I loved Jethro singing out by the cement pond.
Saw them back in the 70s at the Fox Theatre/Atlanta. Don't remember ticket price, but show was excellent. The lasers reflecting off the cello were exceptional, especially in light of what I consumed pre-concert.
I was scheduled to play behind them in 2020. And of course that never happened because of the pandemic.
The 70's were even cheaper. I saw Yes in 1973 I think it was for the whopping ticket price of $3.75. Even better was the blonde I took with me to the concert.
The Pow Wow with Mason Williams and (Little) Stevie Wonder in 1969 was $1.00.

I was lucky to see Frank and the Mothers probably in 1975. The Underwoods were with the band. Jim Fowler on trombone and Jean Luc Ponty on violin.
Great concert.
Foghat was the opening act which made for a bit of a weird crowd. Some clown in the audience threw a piece of ice at Frank that hit him in the nose. All he did was flinch and that was it.

Nope. My boyfriend (late husband) was on the football team and they used to stay at the Wakulla Springs hotel, so I didn’t go out. I remember that game though.
Saw Journey in Casper Wyoming early 80s. Quiet Riot was the warm up. They totally sucked. All noise.

Wow. That goes way back to the time of Randy's Campus Theatre. I heard Pee Wee Herman used to be a regular up front. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
Now, was that absolutely necessary?
He was known to stalk various sorority houses on his short walk back to campus. But that was a very long time ago....
You get a fraction of the band for a fraction of the price. 🤣
Saw them in STL back in ‘77. Great music. Great laser show. Unfortunately they couldn’t fit the flying saucer in the arena.
