Losing is infectious and once a team loses enough it just becomes second nature…they just find new and worse ways to lose. It becomes increasingly harder to break the cycle. Typically a complete change in culture with strong leadership is the only way out…the ultimate question is, does Norvell have what it takes to completely change the culture and have the ability to Lead us into a new age. Only time will tell but after last night it does not look likely.
