Yeah.
What they need to do is disband the title ix offices and reassign or dismiss any associated administrators, bar universities from running their own tribunals and treat sexual assault claims as the felonies that they are.
The court system is designed to address felony accusations. Allow that process to play out. If the accused is found guilty, expel them. If the court system determines the accused to be an active threat they won’t grant bail. If not, don’t do anything.
If either the accused or accuser is able to get a restraining order then change the class schedules and housing arrangement for those students so that it’s enforceable.
Universities have no business adjudicating felonies and the environment is packed with social justice warrior types. It’s a civil rights nightmare.
