I am going to light his office with comments when his office opens tomorrow and I suggest many of you also do the same. This is the last straw with me.

Nobody is posting about this but this is in relation to the DeAndre Johnson case and it doesn't concern guilt or innocence. We all know he is guilty. This concerns his Plea Deal. The two sides agreed on what the Plea would be and what would be required of Johnson as part of his Plea. Where the disagreement happened is in regards to the location where Johnson would serve his probation. Johnson, as you know enrolled in East Mississippi Community College. Johnson had a conference call which also involved a Mississippi Sheriff who assured Meggs and the state that Johnson would fulfill all of the requirements of the program. Meggs rejected that because he wants Johnson to fulfill the requirements of the program in Leon County even though he resides in Mississippi now. That is as low as Meggs has ever gone. Johnson is a kid who made a mistake, admitted he made a mistake and now Meggs is willing to take him to trial over the location he wants him to serve his probation in.
