We'll call it 11 years: FSU from 2001-2011 and Miami from 2004-2014, although theirs is apparently still going after last night's debacle.
Overall FSU went 93-50 (.650) while Miami went 81-57 (.587).
Vs ranked teams FSU went 18-23 (.439) while Miami went 15-26 (.366)
Vs ACC FSU went 85-32 (.727) while Miami went 46-42 (.523)
We lost 6 games in a season three times, while Miami has done it six times (including two 7-loss seasons)
And by the 12th year (2012) our lost decade was officially over, while Miami (2015) looks about as questionable as ever. I don't see theirs ending anytime soon.
Now if the gators tank over the next coupe months like I expect them to, this could get interesting with them since they've sucked since 2010.
