Dumpster fire. We'd all agree thats what we are right now although some believe things are closer to being just a dumpster. That being said every fan is looking for a team savior and I think playing Purdy is just tossing fresh meat to wolves. He'll under perform due to circumstances beyond his control, the fanbase will devour him and what could be a solid situation next year with Purdy and Duffy, 2 legit QBs recruited to run this system; may not work out because Purdy will already be scorned by the fanbase. I'd like to see him in a few games to get his feet wet but not expected to save this season in any way shape and form. Its the approach we should take with him IMO.
