NFL overtime rules

OT should be one ten minute period, and whoever is leading at the end of that period is the winner. If it's still tied, then go to sudden death.

Worse than that the Bills let KC run two plays with 13 seconds left to get into field goal range. Not sure how that’s possible with an NFL defense.

Reactions: Renegade Coach
They should all go back to sudden death. The first team to scores wins. And if you never get the ball, blame your defense. And if the defense scores, blame your offense. Cuts down all the extended play and helps curb injuries. Hate seeing scores like 72-70 after they've played 7 "possessions." They've cut some back, but not to the degree of sudden death.

So when the game is tied at the end of regulation, they flip a coin to determine who gets the ball first. That team scores a touchdown and the game is over. The other team gets no offensive position. WTH! Why don't they do it like college?
Because the college OT rules are the worst. Hey, let's give the teams the ball in scoring position already. Then if we are tied after a couple possessions let's just go to 2-point conversions. Seriously, who thought up that crap?
