This is just my opinion on the situation, I could very well be wrong. However when looking at this team who are the leaders? The closest you can find is Milton who has the pedigree and the accolades to back it up to have people look up to him but he's still new to this team. On the defensive side I can't think of a single vocal leader. Jermaine Johnson is obviously the best player we have on defense but he's also another transfer, a one and done essentially. Someone needs to step up and make others accountable. In the past we had Ramsey, Joyner, Derwin James, etc.
