UGA star won't face charges in off-campus incident
The woman is the daughter of Patrick L. Labat, the chief of City of Atlanta’s Department of Corrections.
McKenzie was among those interviewed at the scene. Also listed as witnesses are McKenzie’s teammates Dominick Sanders, Terry Godwin, D’Andre Walker and Jarvis Wilson.
Police who came to the scene decided there was no reason to charge McKenzie. On Tuesday the investigation was still considered ongoing, but now it is closed.
