Thats a flicker of positive movement! TT for the TD!!! The two of them really seemed to be in better sync than DF and any WR. It was fun to watch the two of them move big chunks of yard. A deep threat has been missing (amount other things).
What wasn't fun was watching us not continue to exploit that matchup further.

Can't hurt.
Wimbush was the early season starter before Book took over. Wimbush is not as good a passer, seems to have less feel for lanes and pressure.

He is a tough runner but it certainly plays to the better side of our defense.

He's good for missing a handful of wide open receivers, at least.

So, he is the type of QB our defense makes look like a Heisman contender?

Yep. Our run defense is pretty stout at no. 17 in FBS in ypg, while our pass defense is a paltry no. 121 nationally.

If we can somehow eke out three touchdowns, we have a fighting chance. ND's defense allows about 19 points per game, so it's not likely, but worth a shot!

Not really, Book overtook Wimbush for a reason. Book was #1 in completion %, Wimbush is a runner primarily.

If FSU stands a chance we gotta get a lead and force the issue with Wimbush.
