Before we turn the page, I hope everyone had a safe and great Thanks Giving. I do the cooking in my house and I am not going to lie, it wears me out. Watching the Bears today allow 32 seconds run off the clock and not call a time out should get their coach fired tomorrow. How do you allow that to happen? Craddock is impressive. Even though Tulane lost it was two turnovers inside the ten on long passes that cost them the game. Craddock is 39 years old. He is from Alabama. He has played QB at Middle Tennessee State.

Why Craddock?- Coached in the ACC (Clemson) and SEC (Arkansas). CHECK. He has coached Quarterbacks (Check) He has been the OC/QB coach at Troy and Tulane. I remember watching Washington last year and thought Ryan Grubb was impressive. Craddock has some Ryan Grubb. Against Memphis tonight Tulane ran a ton of motion. He also shifts his guys a lot. He will move his tight end from the right to left. He will have him as a tight end and move him to h-back. He runs a lot of trips formations and have one of his receivers run in motion. I am big on moving guys. You want to widen the field and not shrink it. When you watch Tulane guys are wide open. You saw that last year with Washington. The reason why this is big is because not every receiver can get off the line of scrimmage clean. Not every receiver can get separation. He creates separation. You watch Tulane and their offense looks like they are playing on a Canadian league field. He is the goods and I can see why some are pushing for FSU to hire him.

Why not Craddock? Recruiting, Recruiting, and Recruiting. Tulane has dabbled in Florida but one of the WR they have committed to them plays at Monarch in (Coconut Creek, FL) but is from Georgia. Does he have the ties to Florida? I think his offense will attract a ton of kids but MN does not have time to have a coach trying to building relationships. You would have to bring coaches in with him that are great recruiters in Florida.

Final Thoughts: Craddock is good. I really like the way he runs his offense. He goes with Tempo. He has had success running the ball. His QB is a RFR and is not as talented as Luke but is already ahead of him mentally. You can tell he does a good job of coaching his QB's. If he had the opportunity to bring his RFR QB, that would be a plus. That being said I do think Luke can do many of the things that Mensah does. He has a year on Luke and you can tell that makes a difference. To think that you have options like Sunseri, Marion, Craddock, as an FSU fan that is good news.
