It’s ridiculous how bad the incompetence of acc refs are. Pitt qb runs PAST the 1st down marker then slides on 3rd down with 1:00 left up 17-14. Side judge (who was 6yds past the play) comes back and marks him 1yd short of the 1st down…. Granted there was nobody near the qb when he slid and could of ran for 5more yds, but just an awful spot.
