#6: The way the MM Jr. HC hire was handled mirrored the way the WT hire was handled. There wasn't an objective, national search with the goal of hiring the best HC; just someone at the top who had a predetermined favorite candidate who was chosen for reasons other than their past performance, record on the field, or credentials.
