I realize that Norvell has a proven record of evaluating and building good coaching staffs - but isn’t it a little concerning that he was not able to land his top pick for DC or get his top OL coach/assistant from Memphis to come with him? I am all on board with his moves since being hired - even the Sims stuff - but it brings back memories of how WT couldn’t get his assistants to follow him for Oregon and now those assistants are doing great and WT screwed our program up and is gone. Walk me back from this cliff
