ncaa was scrambling for HC a few days ago and then BOOM .. they all got hired, now it is on to assistants
The big school got big names like venables freeman (ND coach) riley kelly ... oh yeah .. and napier from Div II
now the race is on - the assistant coaching spots need to be filling - boy the race is on and not many good ones to be had .. that is why some of the coaches like mullens and orgeon got fired
who gets the best assistants like brady, muschamp, mullens that become available .. who would you work for
riley - usc
kelly - lsu
venables at OU
freeman - ND
dabo - at clemson
oregon job open - probably bigger name that napier
or napier (least qualified / smallest name hired)

napier will need to overpay to get great /elite coaches .. he will get second pick? If he gets the right coaches he could be really good. UF has given him the $$, any thoughts from the board on his assitants?
he has already contacted a few coaches and they said no .. 80% of Norvells first calls said yes ..
Norvells biggest first misses were OL and DC .. and in the end the OL coach turned out really well
