Last year I did one in the smoker with the brisket. It turned out really good but not as moist as the deep fried versions.

I had my first brined turkey... moist and delicious. Additionally, Stuffing is best in the roasted bird. IMO

I did a two-day brined, spatchcocked smoked turkey. I also injected it with cajun butter. We fried one too. Both came out great.
