For a few years we have been contemplating demolishing our current home and having our “dream home” built on the same lot here in Florida.
We pretty much have the plan drawn up with the builder we have chosen and a rough estimate of the cost.
My question is: if we delay the project until say Jan 2021 should we expect that cost to be more or less “negotiable”? Meaning, will builders be hurting for business and thus willing to take less…or will they just say something like “we can’t get supplies” like we could pre virus so costs are the same or more?
