What legal entity signed the GOR agreement? Can FSU athletics be restructured into a separate organization in such a way that invalidates existing agreements?
Clearly hasn’t been done before but just trying to think outside box.
I hope that FSU leadership are urgently coordinating with Clemson for a counter move, aggressively evaluating every possible option including suing ESPN for antitrust laws, restructuring, challenging GOR, financing initial GOR loss, etc.
