If you are going for vibe and scene, stick with Gibson’s. If you want a quality steak, along with that vibe and scene, go 1 block north to Maple and Ash. Best steak in Chicago right now. Has been for the last year or so

Yeah- all of them but you may be think of Gene and Georgetti or Chicago Chop House. Both good, not great. Very old school
Pizano’s is very good. Can’t go wrong there. Ledo’s is about 10 mins from my house. Don’t love but don’t dislike either
For something a notch below fine dining, I would choose something like The Loyalist.

I’d try to go over and see if you can sneak a seat at the bar. Full menu served there as well- upstairs bar. It’s worth the wait
Pizzano's is my first choice for pizza in Chicago. Fox's thin crust pizza in Beverly is second choice.
Look for the red roof. Pizza Huts deep dish pan pizza is the real deal.
