Can you provide the new conduct policy for review? I'd really like to know if they use the word "incidents" and if so how incident is defined. Do they go back to juvenile court and middle school transcripts, or is there any statute of limitations? Is it from the time they enter the NFL?
The players union and its room full of gorilla lawyers would absolutely DESTROY the NFL if they brought up any conduct issue from college where a player wasn't only cleared but was cleared through 3 separate investigation from 3 different investigating bodies. This isn't FSU trying to save face and not speaking up for Winston, the players union lives and breathes this stuff.

What prior incidents. the only thing on his record is crab claws. If they hold something like that against incoming NFL players and they consider that strike on right off the bat then the whole half the league would be suspended.

Zero doubt he was not on a table. The guy who tweeted it said in an interview that Winston was not on a table but walking down the steps. The jumping on the table is 100% media created, just like Winston getting paid for autographs.
