Norvell talking after practice
Norvell was very happy with the effort and mental approach today.
“Saw some really good things” on both sides of the ball.
“it was a good competitive day.”
said this looked like a “real practice.”
Again did a lot of install and no chaos. They’ve don’t a good job of learning playbook on their own.
Very happy with the run defense.
Says Johnny Wilson getting a lot more confidence and the QBs are learning him
Also very excited about Deuce Spann. Said he works so hard to learn.
Singling our Shyheim Brown for being a good young leader
Jarrian Jones is seeing time at nickel and really coming along. they have challenged him and he has responded.
Camm McDonald has been out the first few days and that’s been a good opportunity for the young tight ends. Said he really likes that group.
