Don't be surprised if FSU and the other more valuable members put forward a modification vote on the GOR under the ACC by-laws. Put all the schools on record as to where they stand about either:
A) cancelling it, or,
B) modifying it to say as long as the per member media payouts per the current ESPN contract are not reduced after a member leaves then there is no additional penalty to the departing member.
I am told there is both a financial reason and a legal reason for doing this in a public fashion. Can someone confirm it takes only 6 members to put forward a vote like this within the ACC?
