FSU offering mostly online-only classes this Fall?

Someone named AllNoles posted on the Main Board (I don't see it here) what they say is a letter there was sent out to FSU professors from this person - I post an excerpt below:

"As you likely have read, Florida Board of Governors chair, Sid Kitson, and Governor DeSantis stated last week that all public universities should plan to be back on campus in some fashion for fall semester. That decision may change in our highly fluid environment, but we must engage in planning now, so our responses to beginning a return to campus are as effective, safe and healthy as possible. My direction for fall at this point is that we plan to offer only face-to-face (FTF) courses that cannot be done through other pedagogies. Some labs and experiential courses that require special equipment or environments or work done in small groups, will be offered FTF. Most other courses will need to be Distance Learning/Remote and be synchronous, asynchronous, or both."
