Hotels for the Alabama game?

Where are most of you guys getting your hotel in Atlanta for the Alabama game?
Buckhead? Downtown Atlanta? Another suburb? I need to book ASAP and I'm looking for suggestions for the best location for the price. Thank you.

Got a good deal in Buckhead. Went ahead and booked last month. Nice area, will have to take marta or drive to game, but no big deal.

I booked mine a long time ago about a mile away from stadium but those sold out a while ago just sucks I may not be able 2 get tickets from fsu

Same here. Got one a mile from stadium for $100 per night but no tix. Looks like upper deck tickets are going for close to $500 a piece on stubhub. I only paid $600 total for 2 to the national championship right next to the Chiefs. Bama has made this ticket price stupid.

I agree. Got a hotel reserved but no tix and the chances of getting any through the boosters at my level are nil.

I'll have to go the resell site route and hope I get lucky. Darn BAMA fans ruin everything. How are there enough people in Alabama to afford all these $500 tickets? jk.

Oh, I guess I forgot to mention: reserved a room at the Loews Hotel in Midtown.
