Wait 'til late in the 2nd quarter, hang around outside the main entrance....just act cool. Eventually, a guy in a trench coat will make eye contact with you and nod...that'll be your cue.

Walk up to him - he'll start to walk away but not quickly - he wants you to follow him. Right around the nearest bench/garbage can, the transaction will take place. It'll be a great deal. Oh, and don't bother with having him go with you to 'validate' the ticket - it's legit, so don't worry about it.
