Jared Fogle to plead guilty to possession of child porn

Subway no longer has a relationship with Jared. I wonder if Henry, Clay Henry is still available.

Indiana is like Canada, the age of consent is 16. My understanding is that the girl he's alleged to have had sex with was 16.
That's separate from what they found on his computers.
 
~12yrs in jail (fed terms usually serve 80%)
14 victims, getting 100k each.
Sex with underage girls at the Plaza and Ritz in NYC. Tried to get those girls to hook him up with younger girls.
 
1.4m in restitution (100k per victim), 5 to 12.5 years in the federal pokey.

Now, how much does he spend in protection $ to make sure he doesn't get shanked? If he's worth over 10mil, what's left after prison?

Yeah, but he traveled across state lines to hook up in NY. No idea what the age of consent is in NY, but assuming it's over 17 since he's pleading guilty to that too.


Fogle traveled twice to New York City between 2010 and 2013 and paid for sex with two girls who were 17 years old at the time, according to the indictment. He knew they were minors, according to the charges.

Accurate. He also had the 17 year old girl (she was 16 at the time) set him up with other girls for which she received a "finder's fee."
 
Our justice system is a damn joke. Fogle was part of a child prostitution ring and enjoyed watching little boys. What does he get? He pays the victims 1.4 million by next Monday and POSSIBILY 12 years in prison AT MOST. He's only looking to do 5-12 years. Its a shame, it really is. What's the difference between Fogle and Jerry Sandusky?

There is a decent chance that he dies a grisly death in prison. These guys are frequently targeted by other inmates. Even criminals have a "code of conduct," and ole Jarod violated it.

I haven't read anywhere where it stated young boys were involved. The articles keep referring to minor children but those identified have been 16-17 year old girls. Technically a minor child but at or above the age of consent in most states.

In other words, if Jared was a hot female teacher, he would be looking at least 6 months community service.

And all of those on here who are hoping he gets shanked in prison would be posting about how they wish they'd been her "victim."

If he was diddling little girls or boys, he needs to be put away for life. If his other "victims" were like the one known victim - a 17 year old hooker - he shouldn't be going to jail at all, and they sure as hell shouldn't be getting $100k apiece.

I have a feeling he will pay whatever it takes to make sure this doesn't happen. I doubt he'll be in general pop.
