What’s the likelier scenario, that Papuchis forgot everything he knew about special teams coaching and the game has passed him by at the age of 43, or the players weren’t very good this year?
At the end of the day coaching is a bottom line business. You get better players, make the ones you have understand what you’re teaching, or get fired eventually. But the idea that he should be fired after ONE BAD YEAR is insane. This program badly needs some continuity and the guy knows what he’s doing.
