For the second straight week, the Florida State baseball team finds itself in a weekend series rubber match.

After the Seminoles (25-5, 6-5 in ACC) won Friday's series opener at Boston College 12-4, the Eagles (17-12, 6-8) struck back with a walk-off 7-6 win in 11 innings Saturday to even the series. Now, the teams face off Sunday at noon (ACC Network Extra) with the weekend series on the line.

With Cam Leiter scratched from the weekend rotation this week and the other two starters moved up a day, FSU did not announce a starter for Sunday's series finale until Sunday morning when the starting lineup was posted.

FSU is set to give junior left-handed pitcher Carson Dorsey (2-2, 4.43 ERA over 20.1 innings) his first career start in the series finale. For as taxing as FSU's five-game week without one of its weekend starters has been, Dorsey hasn't thrown since Tuesday's win over Jacksonville.

Dorsey has allowed four home runs this season including three grand slams. However, he's also struck out 31 batters this season (13.9 Ks per 9).

Boston College is expected to start LHP A.J. Colarusso (3-2, 5.50 ERA) on the mound.

It's expected to be another chilly day in Massachusetts with temperatures in the low to mid 40s. However, chance of precipitation is low after it rained throughout Saturday's game.

Updates will be shared here once the game gets underway.
