MM spoke in Lake County today at a gathering put together by a County Commissioner.
I think it was a NIL event for MM.
Milton said Norvell is definitely the right man for the job. Said he’s tough which he needs to be but that he is easily approachable.
Milton said that Norvell is very demanding and if you don’t dedicate yourself he would run you off, which he should. He said Norvell doesn’t tolerate sorriness and that Norvell has our roster about how he wants it now. He thinks we are on the right track and that the new AD
will be a big asset. He still loves UCF, hopes to get drafted but has business plans if that doesn’t work out.
His accolades for Coach Norvell were very meaningful and I think we should heed his advice to get behind and support him.
